Quiet Surroundings in a Convenient Location
Tucked among sloping wooded hills in the heart of Northeast Grand Rapids' Northview community, our well maintained grounds and pleasant surroundings provide a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The site overlooks a large natural pond where residents enjoy the flowers and wildlife. Our large, pine surrounded green space with flower gardens, bird feeders and gazebo is a popular gathering place.

Warm, Home-Like Atmosphere
The common areas at Northview Manor are designed to be comfortable and inviting. With plenty of natural light, our central gathering areas are comfortably furnished and arranged for a warm, living room feel. A spacious activity room is used for group activities as well as private gatherings for family and friends. Four central baths with showers, tubs and whirlpools are conveniently located throughout the manor. All common areas are air conditioned in the warmer months and kept spotlessly clean and fresh. The entire facility is on one floor with no stairs.

Comfortable Private Rooms
Each of our 40 private resident rooms is furnished and includes either a full or half bath. The average living area is 14’x13’. We welcome the addition of personal furniture and other touches. Weekly housekeeping and laundry is provided as well as linens and towels. Each room has individual heat controls and is wired for telephone and Direct TV. Two call buttons are located in each room, one in the bathroom and one near the bed, for easy alerting of our support staff
